Job Description:
Looking for an experienced landscaper or builder to install a new patio and level part of the garden.

Work includes removing the existing paving slabs, preparing the ground, installing a new sub-base, and laying approximately 20m² of porcelain patio slabs. A small section of the garden will also need levelling to improve drainage.

Materials can either be supplied by the contractor or arranged beforehand depending on the quote.

Scope of Work:

  • Remove and dispose of existing paving slabs

  • Prepare and compact sub-base

  • Lay ~20m² porcelain slabs

  • Level surrounding garden area

  • Leave site clean and tidy

Requirements:

  • Experience with patio installations

  • Own tools and transport

  • Ability to complete within estimated timeframe

Additional Notes:
Access to the garden is through a side gate. Parking available nearby. Photos of the area can be provided on request.
